Jennifer is a highly accomplished leader in early childhood education, bringing over 27 years of experience to the field. Her career began in 1998 as a toddler assistant, where she quickly advanced to become the Lead Toddler Two Teacher. Jennifer holds a prestigious Director's Credential from Rutgers University and is certified to serve as a Center Director in New Jersey.

In 2003, her journey led her to a prominent childcare center in Medford, NJ, where she spent nine formative years. During this time, she demonstrated her commitment to program development by establishing and opening a dedicated classroom for children aged two-and-a-half to three years old. Her leadership potential was recognized as she rose through the ranks from Toddler Teacher to Assistant Director, culminating in her appointment as Center Director in 2006. A hallmark of her directorship was the successful guidance of the center through the rigorous NECPA accreditation process.

As a mother of four, Jennifer has a profound appreciation for the positive, foundational impact that early childhood education provides, instilling essential skills that pave the way for academic success. She firmly believes children thrive when given the opportunity to learn at their own pace while exploring the world around them. This shared philosophy, born from a co-worker relationship that blossomed into a lasting friendship in 1998, led to a business partnership in 2015 and the founding of Kaleidoscope Academy.

Lisa's lifelong dedication to fostering young minds began in childhood, where her early love for teaching blossomed through mock "school classes" with neighborhood friends. This passion propelled her academic journey, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA, earned in 1997.

Her professional career started robustly in 1994 as a summer camp counselor at a learning center, where her aptitude quickly led to a promotion to a Kindergarten Teacher role. Demonstrating a commitment to the foundational years, Lisa transitioned to a Pre-K Teacher position in Medford, NJ in 2003. At this center, she went on to work collaboratively with her Director to establish and run a successful private Kindergarten classroom, showcasing her initiative and deep understanding of educational needs.

Recognizing the critical nature of early childhood milestones, Lisa expanded her impact by serving as a Curriculum Director. In this leadership role, she was instrumental in developing the educational framework, providing classrooms with clear goals and objectives for each child, and enriching the staff through sharing her extensive knowledge.

In 2015, Lisa channeled her experience and shared values with a trusted colleague to create a truly exceptional program. Together, they founded Kaleidoscope Academy, built on a mutual commitment to providing a safe, trustworthy, and educationally rich environment where children can thrive. Lisa continues to dedicate herself to early childhood excellence as a Co-Founder of Kaleidoscope Academy.
