Using the dynamic Experience Curriculum, our summer program balances camp-style excitement with continuous learning. Each week features high-interest thematic units—from nature safaris and ocean explorations to process-art studios and outdoor STEAM challenges.
Our hands-on activity kits and multi-sensory projects keep young minds active, preventing the "summer slide" through joyful, play-based discovery.
A Summer of Endless Variety
Why settle for one activity when you can try them all? Our campers engage in a rotating calendar of excitement, including:
- The Great Outdoors: Water play, organized sports, nature hunts, and high-energy playground games.
- Creative Expression: Thematic arts and crafts, music, dramatic play, and culinary "cooking" challenges.
- Special Guest Performers: Exciting in-house visitors—from interactive musicians and magicians to reptile shows and storytellers—who bring our weekly themes to life right at our center!
- Weekly Field Trips (Ages 4–6): Campers ages 4 to 6 take the adventure on the road with weekly trips to kid-friendly venues, including local farms, interactive museums, and zoos.

Our 10-week summer journey is tailor-made for our campers 4 to 6 years of age. We’ve curated a decade-of-weeks filled with the perfect mix of high-energy play and creative discovery. From the splash of water play to the wonder of science experiments and culinary creations, your child will experience a summer of "firsts" and "favorites."

We know that a great summer for kids starts with great communication for parents. At the start of the season, you will receive our Master Camp Calendar—your daily snapshot of the 10-week adventure ahead. You’ll never have to wonder "what’s next" because we include every detail you need:
- Field Trip Intel: Destinations, exact departure times, and expected return times are all clearly listed.
- Special Guests: We’ll let you know exactly when our in-house visitors and special vendors are arriving.
- Spirit Days: From "Wear Your Favorite Character Day" to "Crazy Hat Day," you’ll have plenty of notice to help your camper dress the part!

Who says the big kids get all the fun? At Kaleidoscope Academy, we believe summer should be just as magical for our littlest campers. Our 10-week Little Spout Summer Camp is packed with the same excitement and adventure as our senior program—perfectly scaled down for their size, pace, and curiosity.
Big Adventures for Junior Sizes
Our Little Explorers enjoy a summer full of "can’t-miss" moments designed specifically for toddlers and preschoolers. Each week follows a theme, featuring
- Sensory Discovery: Hands-on science, creative arts, and "junior chef" cooking projects.
- Special Guests: Exciting in-house visitors and performers brought right to our door.
- Summer Favorites: Plenty of our famous Water Play Days to keep everyone cool and smiling!
Safety First, Fun Always
For the peace of mind of our families and in full compliance with New Jersey state safety regulations, our junior campers remain safe, secure, and onsite at our center at all times. While they don't travel on off-site field trips, they are so busy making memories, exploring our outdoor play spaces, and engaging with special guests that they won’t miss a beat!
